COMPASS is a leading company in the field of CNC precision machining. Compass produces complex precision mechanical parts, manufactured by CNC lathes and milling machines. The high flexibility of the company allows the production of batches from 50 to 10,000 pieces, the realization of prototypes and samples and the supply of assembled and tested groups.

Since 2005, we are a UNI EN ISO 9001 certified firm and we have an air-conditioned metrology room, equipped with the latest generation machines (CMM) and sophisticated control instruments. This allows us to carry out dimensional and surface measurements during all stages of the production process and the final inspection report.
We constantly monitor the order traceability, the production progress and the machine utilisation plan, through the latest ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions, thus accurately planning the order processing.
The manufacturing activity is located on a 2,400 square meter surface. Our CNC-milling department is made up of CNC vertical machining centres and robotic islands, while our CNC-lathing department has various lathes for bar machining up to up to 80 mm in diameter and some dedicated to secondary machining on larger diameters. We constantly invested in new manufacturing technologies.
We always took care about the environment; therefore, our plant is equipped with a photovoltaic system that enables the company to keep an excellent level of eco-sustainability. We strictly abide to the regional separate waste collection program and comply with all environmental regulations according to European standards.
